Active members must be members of a PSHP Affiliated Chapter in either their residence or their principle place of practice. Active members are pharmacists licensed by any state, district or territory of the United States who have paid dues as established by the PSHP and who support the objectives of PSHP as found in Article I of the PSHP Constitution.
Technician
Pharmacy Technician Members may be individuals who are designated as pharmacy technicians in an organized health care setting.

Pledge membership provides special dues rates for one year for graduates if the application is received within twelve months of graduation from a college of pharmacy or residency program. Pledge members are entitled to all Active Member services.
Joint
Per PSHP Policy, active pharmacist members who are married may join at the reduced rate of $251 for both spouses. In order for any one spouse to be eligible for the reduced rate, both spouses must be members of the PSHP, otherwise the full active dues rate will apply
Associate Supporting
Associate Supporting Members may be individuals other than those who qualify as active members who by their work in the health service, the teaching of pharmacists or otherwise contributing to pharmacy, make themselves eligible for membership.
Student/Resident
Student members are individuals enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate program in an accredited college of pharmacy or individuals enrolled in a full-time pharmacy residency program or fellowship. Student members shall receive publications and general communications of the Society, may attend meetings, may receive committee appointments, may be granted the privilege of the floor, but shall not be entitled to vote or hold elected office. It is also recommended that student members be members of the ASHP.
